I was diagnosed with bulging discs when admitted to Cumberland Infirmary back in February. This, they say, is degenerative, and opted not for treatment and put me on physiotherapy which I have continued up to this day. It has helped a lot, and I am back playing golf again and doing everything I want to. However, I still get a lot of pain when sitting down for any period of time (driving, working in the office etc), and thought that hopefully, a few visits to a chiropractor may be able to push the discs into a more comfortable position. When I am moving around and doing this I am fine, as long as I have done my physio for the day, its only sitting down that aggravates me.
